RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit, or refund.
- Purchases made from entities other than Honeyshoppe.com are not eligible for return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where our product was purchase and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
- International Orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.
- Opened items are not eligible for return.
- For any damaged item, we may ask to provide a photo.
- Please return via FedEx, UPS, USPS with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
- Upon arrival of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note, we are not responsible for undelivered claims. We ship to the address provided in 'shipping address'. If the package is tracked as delivered and for any reason you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
